Hello Reader, My StoryI spent years in the world of leadership, achievement, consulting, and responsibility. I knew how to help others think clearly. I knew how to hold complexity. I knew how to perform competence. But there came a time when the life that made sense on paper no longer felt true in my body. That was the beginning of my own threshold. I did not come to this work through theory alone. I came through lived experience: leaving behind identities that no longer fit, following instinct across countries and cultures, losing and reclaiming parts of myself, writing my way back to truth, and rebuilding a life on the edge of the Atlantic. This is why my work is grounded but not prescriptive. Spiritual but not dogmatic. Practical but not formulaic. I know what it means to stand in the in-between. Today's Threshold QuestionWhat part of my life makes sense on paper but no longer feels true in my body? If my story resonates with yours, if there is an inkling or a half written manuscript tucked in drawer, if you have tried over and over again to put your story on paper but feel blocked, or perhaps feel that you don't have the time or you're not a writer or "who would care" consider that none of these are why your story is still not out in the world. What brings writers and aspiring writers to the page is a story that begs to be told and the support and structure to bring it into the world. You may assume it's you but it's not. It's a lack of the support and structure that gives you the clarity and confidence to write your memoir, whether you publish it or not. If you're standing at this threshold, pen still lifted in the air with the desire to write, then Write Your Healing Story is the first step in making your writing dream come true. Join a small (only 5 writers) group in an intimate and safe setting to get the clarity you need on structure and the support you need that challenges your perceived limitations. Join us for a one day writer's retreat on September 12, 2026 in the Algarve, Portugal for Write Your Healing Story.
